At SoleLux, our goal is to provide fast, reliable shipping no matter where you live. We process and deliver orders to customers worldwide and work hard to ensure every package arrives safely and on time.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.

  • Processing times exclude weekends and holidays.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchasing, followed by a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

  • During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing may be extended by 1–3 extra business days.

We always aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, but processing times are not guaranteed.


Shipping Times

Shipping time refers to the period after your order leaves our warehouse.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–10 business days

  • Canada, Europe, Australia, United Kingdom: 7–12 business days

  • Rest of World: 20–25 business days

These timeframes may vary based on carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, and high-volume shipping seasons.


Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and shown at checkout.
Delivery estimates begin from the date your order ships, not the date the order was placed.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped:

Delays & High-Volume Periods

During holidays or promotional periods:

  • Orders may require additional processing time.

  • Transit delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control.

If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you via email.


International Shipping & Customs

For international orders:

  • Customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country.

  • These charges are not included in the price of your order and are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Customs delays may impact delivery times.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
SoleLux is not responsible for:

  • Packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses

  • Delays caused by address errors

  • Lost packages due to incomplete/incorrect shipping details

If a package is returned to us, we can reship it once the correct address is provided and a reshipment fee is paid.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

SoleLux is not responsible for packages that are:

  • Marked “delivered” by the carrier

  • Lost after delivery

  • Stolen from your mailbox or property

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days and include photos of the damaged item and packaging.
